Just noticed that Wikitree lists you as being 20 degree removed from Henry VII. If the connection to Cicely, daughter of Edward IV, is confirmed for the Tuttle line, he'll become your first cousin if you're a direct descendant from one of the three Tuttle brothers.

Hi Mickey,

Am taking you up on your offer already. I know from a long ago Ancestry membership that I have a distant cousin who shares ancestry in Germany. I had used his research to fill in some of my own tree and he has a profile here on Wiki. What is the polite way to ask him about merging our info? Thanks. Roberta

Thank you Michelle. I am just getting to know the site and will ask if I have any questions.
Hi! All is well, Maybe I should send you a message? Your information is a bit off and I'm new to this, merging and etc.. I'm unsure how to do properly. haha! There's SO MANY features to this, I'm trying to learn. I ended up making new names but am unsure how to merge the ones you suggested? Perhaps private message me if you've time?

I seems the info. on my dead mother is not being accepted due to someone else having her details on a wikitree. What do I do now? Thanks.

Thanks very much for your welcome and offer of assistance. It is reassuring to know a specific person is ready to help someone new to WikiTree.

Hello. I'm new to wikitree. Thanks for the welcome. I see this as the most obvious way to reply to your welcome message. I don't see an option for private messages. Is there such a thing? How about forums? Anyway, I have a specific question that came up as I was working my tree. My grandparents' profiles already exist and are managed by a relative. That relative is my grandmother's twin sister's great-granddaughter. So she's not even related to my grandfather, for example, but I'm not allowed to do anything with his profile unless she trusts me. Correct? Or I let the request age for a month. I've not received a reply to the trust request, but I did get a thanks for a comment I made to a profile, so I'm guessing the message isn't being picked up fro some reason.
