Beach-4124 and Washburn-2183 appear to represent the same person because: Appears to be another duplicate, created with the incorrect LNAB of "Beach" ... I suppose it's possible (although the middle name is shown starting with an "S"), that his middle name "could" have been Beach, but I know of no supporting documentation for this.

Please merge these two, using the Washburn name.
