Mary Norton Beach was born 26 Dec 1813 in East Bloomfield, New York.
The identities of her parents are uncertain; whereas she currently is attached as a daughter of Ambrose Beach and Elizabeth Monroe, her online memorial site of uncertain validity (it is unsourced) lists her as a daughter of Lucretia (Norton) and Elisha Beach, who would have been her aunt and uncle on her paternal line. This is likewise the case for her sister, Martha Elizabeth Beach. Possibly they became her surrogate parents after the death of their mother, Elizabeth (Monroe) Beach in 1829.
Mary Norton Beach passed away in Monroe, Michigan, 10 Jan 1899. Her grave is in Woodland Cemetery, Monroe, Monroe County, Michigan, USA [1].
