This person is fictional. Banks and others thought that there was only one Arthur Beal, and assumed that a reference to an Arthur Jr. was for a son who died young. It was Arthur Beal Jr. who married Agnes Hilton, and he had no son named Arthur. It was Arthur Jr. who died in 1711. This profile has been disconnected from Arthur and Agnes.
