Noah Beal of Abington, yeoman died intestate and on 23 August 1794, Noah Beal of Abington was granted the administration of his estate.[8]
His inventory was taken on 28 August 1794 in Abington. His real estate could not be divided without spoiling the whole, so it was settled upon the eldest son Noah Beal, who agreed to pay the other heirs their share, viz., Daniel Beal, Mary, wife of Nehemiah Smith, Grace, wife of Oliver Shed, Tryphena, widow of Homer Whiting, Job Beal, Sarah Beal, Francis Beal, and Melzar Beal.
An account of his estate by Noah Beal was recorded which included improvements to the real estate, funeral charges, debts paid, doctors during his last sickness, and administration fees.[9]
