Biography

Hezekiah Beall (b. 24 Sep 1767, age 10 in 1776 - d. 25 May 1816 Jefferson co., Virginia),[1] was a legatee of his father George Beale (will 11 Jun 1802, probate 20 Oct 1807). His father's will states:

- To son Hezekiah, the rest of the £100
- Children Hezekiah Beall, Capt. Tomas B. Beall, Elizabeth Balch, Anna Rose - dwelling house and lots in Georgetown, Thomas Beall's of George Addition to Georgetown. [1]

Marriage

On 25 Sep 1794 Hezekiah married Margaret Willis (b. 14 Mar 1779 - d. 26 Apr 1850). [1]

Death

Hezekiah died on 25 May 1816 in Jefferson Co., Virginia (now West Virginia). [1] His will, dated 19 Feb 1814, was proved on 26 Aug 1816. Recorded in Jefferson County Court House, Charles Town, W. Va. His wife Margaret Beall, brother Thomas Beall and brother in law John Rose, executors.

He Willed that his estate was to be kept together for the common support of his wife and family and for the education of his children until the youngest living child should attain the age of 21." [3]
