Lydia Quimby Bean was born December 1, 1823, at Mt Vernon, Kennebec County, Maine, a daughter of John Bean and Mary (Quimby) Bean. On March 11 1845, Lydia married Joseph Marston Robinson. [1]

Lydia died January 7, 1921, and was buried in the Bean Cemetery, in Mt Vernon. Her husband and the three children here named are also buried in the Bean Cemetery. [2]
