The 1899 Delano genealogy says that Mary Jane Bean was born at Parkman, Maine, on 20 May 1830, the daughter of Philo Bean and Mehitable (Judkins) Bean.[1] Her death record says she was born at Readfield, Maine, and her age at her death computes to a birth date of about 28 Apr 1830.[2]

Death
Mary Jane (Bean) (Hall) Delano died of pneumonia at Presque Isle, Maine, on 8 Dec 1903, with her age at her death computed as 73 years, 7 months, 11 days.[2] She is buried at the Riverside Cemetery in Fort Fairfield, Maine.[4]
