Research Notes
The obituary for Ann Margaret Beane Eldridge indicates that she died on 20 January 1897, and says that if she had lived one day longer, she would have passed her 65 milestone. It also states her birth date as 21 January 1832. More research is needed to verify her birth date.
Ann's son, "F.M." in the 1850 Census, may be Thomas M. Eldridge. More research is needed.
Ann's son "Celson" in the 1870 Census, may be her son William. More research is needed.
The newspaper obituaries for Ann and David, shown on their FG profiles, are unsourced. More research is needed to find these items.
Millersburg is a place in Elkhart County, Indiana. There are three cemeteries listed on the Elkhart County Genealogy Society website in this Millersburg, none of them named Millersburg. The FG references for Ann and David Eldridge in a Millersburg Cemetery in Warrick County, Indiana (at the other end of the state), are likely inaccurate. No markers for either have been found in any Elkhart County cemetery. More research is needed.
