Jason Norman petitioned the Union County, SC Court as an Administrator of John Beard, deceased, in 1846 to apparently sell 4 slaves belonging to his estate. In the court record it states that John Beard died in Georgia Jan 15 1831 or could be 1832. (Jason Norman had married Mariah Harris, granddaughter of William & Eleanor Beard - named in Eleanor's will.) Lettie Gregory Beard Norman was married to John Norman

Beard-6415 and Beard-1976 appear to represent the same person because: Vitals are close. Parents both appear to be duplicates. Spouse appears to be duplicate. Daughter is duplicate.
