Columbus was born in 1831. He is the son of Clark Beardsley and Sarah Sherwood. He passed away in 1903.[1]

COLUMBUS BEARDSLEY was born in Nelson Township, this county, August 1, 1830, son of Clark and Sarah Sherwood Beardsley; was uniied in marriage February 10, 1857, with Miss Eleanor Peirce, daughter of Samuel E. and Betsy Hopkins. By this union there is one son, Willie, a farmer by occupation.
