Frank is my great grandfather. Gladys is my grandmother, born and died in Traverse City. She had 2 sisters, Elsie and Hazel. I've been to their farms many times. They were all musicians, violin and piano. There were also 3 brothers, Carl, Lennie and Dr. Paul. Leonard was a concert violinist. I have his picture on my wall. In his short life, 1893-1920, he had one child with Nora Seabrook 1888-1998. II have her picture as well. There must be hundreds of descendant Beardsley's all across MI....Traverse City, Interlochen, Benzonia, St.Clair Shores, Grosse Pointe Farms, Warren, Au Gres, Sterling Heights, Rapid City, Williamsburg plus Winterhaven and LaBelle, FL. My grandfather, Eugene Weston Sampson, married Gladys and brought my dad into the world, William Eugene Sampson. I believe I'm a direct 9th generation down from Henry Samson of the Mayflower.
