Military Service: 17th and 24th Confederate Tennessee Infantry Regiments were consolidated into one field organization, and they continued to Muster separately for administrative purposes. 1864 Tennessee Service: American Cival War Soldiers, Side served: Confederacy, Tennessee. Enlisted 9 Jun 1861 @ Camp Trousdale, under J G Pickett. BET 1861 AND 1865. Tennessee Service: Tennessee, Civil War Confederate Pension Application #S2190, Jessee Beasley, Smith Co, TN. Company K, 17th Infantry. Smith, TN. [5]
