Biography
Martha was born about 1790. She is thought to be the daughter of John Beatty. Her mother was previously thought to be Elizabeth Lytle but has been removed, based upon information that Elizabeth died without having children. Martha Beatty married Thomas Thoroughman on 27 July 1815 in Mason County, Kentucky. The bondsman for the marriage was John Beatty.[1]
