European Aristocracy
Lord George Beauclerk was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.


Lord George Beauclerk, was born on 26 December 1704, the sixth son of Charles Beauclerk KG (abt.1670-abt.1726), 1st Duke of St Albans, and his wife, Lady Diana (de Vere) Beauclerk (1679-1742).

Margaret (Bainbridge) Beauclerk (1721-1792) married Lord George Beauclerk, 6th son of the 1st Duke of St Albans, and a lieutenant-general in the army; died s.p.

George shared with his brother, Henry a pension of £800 per annum on the Irish establishment.

In 1768, after George had died the The Scots Magazine reports that George was a Lieutenant General in the British Army's 19th Regiment of Foot. [1]

Beauclerk-114 and Beauclerk-9 appear to represent the same person because: Dear John,

I inadvertently created Beauclerk-114, who is the same person as Beauclerk-9, so I'm proposing a merge. My relative Margaret Bainbridge-947 " married Lord George Beauclerk, 6th son of the 1st Duke of St Albans, and a lieutenant-general in the army" according to the pedigree of Bainbridge of Slaley and the Riding cited in the profiles I created.
