Simon Beaulieu was born about 21 Jan 1829 in Saint-Basile, Madawaska, New Brunswick, Canada, son of Marcel Beaulieu (1799 - 1864) and Marie Marguerite Chasse (1796 - ~1857).

Simon died on 22 Feb 1906 in Saint-Basile aged 77. He is buried in Saint Basile Cemetery, Edmundston, New Brunswick.
