Deborah was born in 1856 in the Colony of Victoria, the daughter of Daniel Beaumont and Elizabeth Andrews.[1][2]
In 1873, Deborah Beaumont married Arthur Chappell in the Colony of Victoria.[3]
She passed away in 1932, aged 76.[4]
