Biography

James was born in 23 Dec 1824. He is the son of William Beaumont and Sarah Hadgraft. ^{[1] [2]}

In Jan 1852 he was certified as having serving at sea as apprentice and Mate for 14 years in the Coaling and foreign trade. ^[3]

James Beaumont married Charlotte Grimwood 1853 in Ipswich ^{[4] [5] [6]}

James died on 1 January 1889 in Suffolk, England and their estate passed probate on 11 January 1889 in Ipswich.^{[7] [8]}
