Obituary Funeral service for Caroline Andersen, 83, 205 E. Orcas Ave., will be Tuesday at 2 P.M. in Harper Funeral Home with the Rev. Rudolph Bloomquist officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Angeles Memorial Park. Mrs. Anderson died Thursday in Port Angeles. She was born Feb. 4, 1891 in Burlington, Iowa, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter T. Beck. She married George R. Andersen in Withee, Wisconsin April 24, 1914. He died in 1969. Mrs. Andersen and her husband moved Port Angeles in 1927 and operated a farm on the Black Diamond Road for 41 years. She belonged to the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and the Black Diamond Grange. She is survived by a son, George R. Andersen Jr., of Port Angeles; seven daughters, Mrs. Glen Ballard of Sekiu, Mrs. Ernest Parrish of San Jose, California, Mrs. John Sims of Merced, California, and Mrs. Milo Weatherald, Mrs. Walter Rasmussen, Mrs. Dennis Shore, and Mrs. E.F. Wellman, all of Port Angeles; a brother Chris Beck of Alberta, Canada; three sisters, Mrs. Hannah Baillif of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Katherine Johnson and Lily Teedee, both of Alberta, Canada; 19 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Glen Ballard, E.F. Wellman, Milo Weatherald, Dennis Shore, Larry Franson and James Shore. Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Ballard and Gerald Lammers.
