Biography
Lydia was born about 1760. She was the daughter of Jeffrey Beck and his second wife Sussannah Gibbs.
Mentioned in Jeffery Beck Sr.'s will dated 11 July 1774 in Randolph Co., North Carolina. She and her sister Susannah are left half of the stock and household furniture. No married name is given for her. It is assumed she is the daughter of Susannah, Jeffery's second wife who is mentioned in the will. Original will in North Carolina State Archives.
She passed away, unmarried, about 1799, South Carolina.
