Added on 20 Oct 2018 by Ian McArthur I don't know why all the children had the name Knight as their middle name, except that William Knight (their mother's brother-in-law was an influential man and also her guardian) Winifred married Cecil Compton Paterson who was a famous aviator. There has been much written about him.
