Anna Margaretha Becker was born on 24 December 1778 in Oberstork. She was the daughter of Johannes Becker and Maria Elisabeth Seng.
Her godparents were Anna Margaretha Seng of Lamperstein and Maria Elisabeth Siburg, married, of Flieden.
Research Notes
She had an older sister by the same name, Anna Margaretha, who was born in 1760 and lived to adulthood. It is possible one preferred to go by Margaretha and the other Anna, or the parents liked the name or wanted to use it twice.
