Biography

Arthur was born 4th Jun 1855 and baptised 18 Jul 1855 Lymm, Cheshire, England, the son of James Beckett (36) and Mary Goulden (36)^[1][2].

At 15 yrs old he was still living with his parents on Chapel Lane, employed as a groom, his father a coachman.^[3]

1876 Arthur Beckett married Emma Davies in Llanfyllin, Montgomeryshire. ^[4]

He died in 1889, Prescot, Lancashire at the age of 34 and was buried 25th June 1889, All Saints Churchyard, Thelwall, Cheshire^{[5][6] [7]}
