Thomas was born in 1803. He was the son of Thomas Beddoes and Anna Edgeworth. He was educated at Charterhouse School and Pembroke College, Oxford. He passed away in 1849.[1]
Thomas Lovell Beddoes was a physician and dramatist, but is best-known today as a poet, and in particular for the set of poems published as Death’s Jest Book.
