Biography

Emma Yong was enumerated as wife of the head of household in Lockwood Township Lockwood city, Dade County, Missouri for the June 2, United States Census, 1900. She was noted as born September 1862 in New York and had been married for eighteen years. She was the mother of three children of which two were still living. Also included in the household are head Andrew J Yong, daughter Gertrude Yong and daughter Mabel Yong as seen in an image of the original census.^[1]

Laura E Young was enumerated as wife of the head of household at East Wells Street, Greenfield Ward 2, Dade County, Missouri for the April 23, United States Census, 1910. She was noted as born 1862 in New York and had been married twenty-eight years. She was the mother of three children of which two were still living as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head A J Young, daughter Gertrude K Stark and grandson Russell Stark.^[2]

Laura E Young was enumerated as wife of the head of household at 1921 Vernon Avenue, Los Angeles Assembly District 72, Los Angeles County, California for the January 8, United States Census, 1920. She was noted as born 1863 in New York and married as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Andrew J Young, daughter Gertrude K Stark, grandson Monte R Stark and lodger Minnie Stahl.^[3]

Emmaline was listed as the mother in the Los Angeles County October 25, 1963 California Death of daughter Gertrude K Clark.^[4]
