Biography

Francis was born in 1867^[1] and christened on 6 May at Ellingham, Norfolk^[2]. He was the son of Francis Bedingfield and Agnes Cobb. He passed away in 1920^[3][4].

In 1910 at St Luke, Chelsea, Francis married Josephine Strong, daughter of David Maitland and Joanna Paterson Strong^[5][6].
