Biography

James was born in 1869 in Ritchie County, West Virginia, probably on his family's farm near Berea. He was the first born of Jeremiah Bee and Tacy Jane Fitz Randolph. He reported died young in 1871 not long after being recorded in the family in the 1870 census.
