Hulda was married to Capt. Steward Beebe (1759–1825), and they were the parents of Huldah Beebe (unknown–1843); Stuart Beebe (1779–1851); Hannah (Beebe) Cone (1781–1822); and Walter B Beebe (1785–1836). Hulda was buried in the Old Hampden Cemetery at Hampden, Hampden County, Massachusetts, USA; and her tombstone inscription read, Wife of Capt. Steward Beebee, who died Oct. 14 1803 Aged 45 years.
