Biography

James, son of Richard Beecher & Mercy Beecher, was baptised on 13 July 1806 in Cranbrook, Kent, England.^[1]

James married Elizabeth Frecknall on 24 April 1824 in St Mary, Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire. The couple had at least one child: Mary Ann Beecher.^[2][3][4][5]

In the 1841 census James (age about 38) was living in Whites Row, Spitalfields, Middlesex. He was employed as a Tailor.^[6]

On 17 September 1844 James (age about 41) was employed as a Tailor.^[7]
