Daniel Glover Beers was born at Newtown, Fairfield County, Connecticut 6 April 1815, died at Brookfield, Fairfield County, Connecticut 30 Oct 1870,[1] son of Alonzo Beers (1793-1873) and Flora (Glover) Beers (1795-1875); married January 3, 1843 Harriet Eliza Starr, born 23 Nov 1826 at Newtown, Connecticut, died 2 Aug 1905 in Connecticut, daughter of Salmon Ruggles Starr (1803–1836) and Rachel Lacey Starr (1805–1860); buried at Central Cemetery, Brookfield Center, Fairfield County, Connecticut, USA.[2]
