When Amaziah Beeson was born on May 23, 1766 [1], his unwed mother, Rachel Beeson, was 21. He married Isabelle Burcham in 1792 in Surry, North Carolina. They had 13 known children in 26 years. He died on September 4, 1820, at the age of 54, and was buried in South Charleston, Ohio. [2][3]
