Jacob Skiles Beeson was born 5 May 1820 in Uniontown, Fayette County, Pennsylvania and died 31 July 1888 in North Union, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. He was buried at Oak Grove Cemetery, South Union Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania.[1] Jacob was the son of Henry Hedges Beeson and Ann Downer

Research Notes

1830 Census may have been an error with the enumerator, there were 4 boys under the age of 10 and there may have been other family members in the household. Also, 1840 Census showed no female head of household. By 1870 Census, the estate was divided among adult children
