Biography
When Charles and Jeanie married he was 35 ane living and working on his parents farm, Raws, nr Mortlach. She was a school teacher and was living in Convent Street, Dufftown. She was a teacher and was living in Convent Street, Dufftown. Her father was a Blacksmith, James Begg, and her mother was Margaret Clark.
The marriage witnesses were Annie Dingwall and John Begg.
Jeanie died age 74 of a Pontine [brain} haemorrhage after three years of arteriosclerosis. Her son Signed her death register.
