P.S. To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to the Family Tree & Tools tab; select Genealogy Research and scroll down near the bottom of that list and select Research with RootsSearch. There are over 20 websites to access from there.
Thank you for your message, I think we are all a bit unsure of what to do when we first join, start by adding your parents and siblings, then work backwards grandparents etc. We do like you to add sources for each fact you add, birth.death.marriage certificates, census returns, anything official of that nature, so that if another member has the same person in their tree, and have slightly differing information they can see where you got the information from and can adjust their records. Ant person you create a profile for who is still living and are not active on WT will have their privacy level set to "unlisted" the same for under 13s, so the only people who will be able to see their information will be you and anyone added to a trusted list for that person. Each profile has their own trusted list so someone added to the list for a living uncle would not be able to see his spouse or childrens information.
