Biography
Alice was born in 1897. Her birth was registered in Stoke Demerel. [1] Her mother's maiden name was Lake. [2]
The 1901 census lists her as four year old daughter of Richard and Emma Behenna of Back Of Cornwall Street, Stoke-Damerel, Devonport, Devonshire, England[3] Her father's occupation was 'waterman'.
In 1916 Alice married Abraham Hacker. Their marriage was registered in Devonport. [4] Abraham died aged 41 in 1918. [5]
In 1921 Alice married again, to Percy Kittridge. Their marriage was registered in Devonport. [6]
In 1939, the couple were living at 8 Cornwall Beach, Plymouth, [7]
