Frank J. Behle was business manager of the National League CIncinnati Reds Baseball organization and played professional baseball in the 1880's.

Frank was a ward chairman of the west end ... so he had to live in the west end. It was too dirty for Clara so they bought a house at Carey and North Bend Road in College Hill.
