Biography
When Wilhelmine 'Minna' Auguste Caroline Behling was born on February 8, 1851, in Germany, her father, Carl, was 34, and her mother, Friedricke, was 33. She was baptised on 23 Feb 1851 in Plathe, Pomerania, Germany. Minna married Friedrich Hollatz in 1874. They had seven children in 18 years. She died in 1918 at the age of 67, and was buried in Ixonia, Wisconsin.
