Behlmann (nee Skala); beloved father of Barbara Jahnke-Behlmann, Bruce Behlmann, Beverly (David) Straussner, Brian Behlmann, and Bradley (Janet) Behlmann; loving grandfather of Justin Jahnke, Tori and Allie Straussner, Daniel and Nicole Behlmann; dear brother of Martin (Jean), Michael (Juanita), Henry Harry (Rose), Marie Kochner, and the late Josephine Boyce, Louis Behlmann, Ferdinand Frank (Karen) Behlmann, Thelma Van Bergen, and Alma Behlmann; dear uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Member of American Legion Post #444, Alton Eagles, and was a longtime member of the Usher's Association of Our Lady of Fatima Church.
