Guillaume was born in 1862. He was the son of Basile Belanger and Henriette Marion. He married his wife on the 8th of Dec 1895 in Maryville, Missouri. He passed away in 1923.
He sent a telegram to his brother Henry Alfred Baker on 23 Sep 1906 on the news of their mother’s death.
