- JANEIVE MILLER, 81, of Wayne, W.Va., went to be with the Lord Thursday, July 24, 2008, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, July 27, 2008, at Morris Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Otis Bowens. Burial will follow at Stephens Cemetery. She was born October 3, 1926, in Wayne County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Dewey and Icy Stephens Belcher. Janeive was retired from St. Mary's Hospital and was a long time member of the Wayne Church of God. Her husband, William W. Miller, also preceded her in death, along with an infant son, William Wilson Jr. Survivors include a daughter, Billie Joyce Christian and husband James of Huntington, W.Va.; a son, Dewey Harold Miller of Wayne; three grandchildren, James William Christian and wife Amanda of Kenova, W.Va., Jonathan Ray Christian and wife Rebecca of Wayne, Kathleen McConnell and husband Fred of Huntington; six great-grandchildren, Brooklyn and Bailey Christian, Javan and Nicholas Christian, Haylee and Brayden McConnell. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2008, at Morris Funeral Home, Wayne. The family would like to express their deepest thanks and love to Hospice of Huntington for their kindness and love during such a difficult time.
