Biography
When Kate Louisa Belcher was born in 1882 in Merstham, Surrey, England, her father, John, was 51, and her mother, Charlotte, was 36. She married Joseph Barber on June 30, 1901, in Surrey, England. She died in 1917 in Carlton Colville, Suffolk, England, at the age of 35, and was buried there.
