Belcher-3190 and Belcher-225 appear to represent the same person because: These are the same person. The name should be Clifford Belcher, and not Clefford.
Belcher-2951 and Belcher-225 do not represent the same person because: The Jeremiahs should be merged with each other, and the Clefford/Clifford should be merged, but not Jeremiah and Clefford.
I have not removed the father Belcher-224 but this is not possible if Edward's birth date is really 1706. Clefford couldn't have been born when Edward (father) was 4 years old.
