Biography
Joseph Belcher was born on 30 April 1809, in Russell, Virginia, United States, to Jesse Belcher (55) and Elizabeth Dillon (38). He married Lucy Blair on 4 July 1833, in Scioto, Ohio, United States. [1] They were the parents of at least 7 sons and 7 daughters. He lived in Green Township, Scioto, Ohio, United States for about 10 years.
He died on 26 February 1864, in Scioto, Ohio, United States, at the age of 54, and was buried in Scioto, Ohio, United States. [2]
