This profile created for Elizabeth Belcher from a gedcom import in 2011^[1] had a birth date of 15 Jun 1559 in Bridgewater, Somerset, England [note: this Somerset town is actually spelt Bridgwater] and a death date of 7 Sep 1645 in Weathersfield, Hartford, Connecticut Colony.

The parish register for Bridgwater in Somerset does not have a matching entry.^[2]

The death date and location does not match any source that can be found and the first death in Connecticut for a Gilbert which can be sourced is presumed to be for Thomas Gilbert in 1659.

Therefore this profile from a Family Tree is believed to be mixed up in dates, names and locations with another Elizabeth who married a Gilbert and perhaps with: Elizabeth Belcher.
