Thomas Belgrave was a Commander in the Royal Navy. He was born about 1815. He was the son of Thomas Belgrave and Maria Holmes.
He entered the Navy in 1830, becoming a Lieutenant in 1843 and a Commander in 1848.[1]
He married Charlotte Dacres in 1845 in Ferham, Hampshire.
In 1851, Thomas was living in Landport, Portsea with his wife Charlotte, and sons Dalrymple and Dacres.[2]
He passed away in 1857. [3]
