This profile seems to be combining two different people. The Wikipedia article shows that Gov. Philip Bell was born 19 June 1590 and was the son of Sir Edmund Bell (15621608) (who is shown as his brother on this profile).
Bell-12606 and Bell-1518 appear to represent the same person because: I inadvertently made a duplicate of this profile. These two need to be merged. Thanks,
I am working on profiles of the early settlers of Bermuda or historically significant Bermudians for the Bermuda Project, a sub-project of the UK Project. I saw this profile and didn't think it was for Capt./Gov. Phillip Bell, because the dates were so far off. On second look I realize this is probably the profile for the Gov. I am adding project protection for this profile and as well as the project Template. The profile will also be clean-up (if needed) and sources added.
