Biography

Harold Edward Bell was born on March 17, 1900 in Palisade, Colorado to William Edward and Alta (West) Bell. He married Exie Lucille Harris on July 13, 1933 in Spokane, Washington. They were the parents of a son, Robert. Harold and Exie were both deaf. In 1940, Harold was working as a linotype operator. He died on March 19, 1981, at the age of 81, in Sacramento, California.
