Biography

Mary (Bell) Duncan is a member of Clan Bell.

Mary Bell, (daughter of John Bell and Elizabeth Todd, born January 25, 1727-8, married George Duncan of Peterborough, a son of John Duncan, eldest brother of George, William and James, who married her sisters. They had children: Elizabeth married the Honorable Samuel Taggart of Coleraine, Mass.; Rachel married John Todd of Peterborough; Sarah married ----- ; Esther married Moses Black of Boston; a daughter married Ebenezer Moore of Peter- borough; Mary married the Reverend Mr. Wallace ; George married Jane Ferguson and lived in western New York.

Marriage Estimate 1747, probably Before 1750 Londonderry New Hampshire George Duncan, son of John and Rachel Todd[1][2]

Death Estimate Mary died about 23 Jan 1812 Peterborough, Hillsborough, New Hampshire (age 84)[3]
