Clement was born in 1910. He was the son of George Bell. He passed away in 2003. He was married to Margaret M. Alkinson (1914–1990) who is buried beside him.

Clement J. Bell, age 93, formerly of 1900 Morningside Dr., died Saturday, Nov. 22, 2003 at Milwaukee Hospice Residence. He was born on March 30, 1910 in Middleton, WI and was the son of George and Angline (Boland) Bell. He married Margaret M. Alkinson on June 24, 1936 in Janesville. She died on Jan 13, 1990. Clement was retired from the US Post Office where he was employed as a Letter Carrier for 42 years. He was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church and it’s over 50 club. He was a championship Bridge player, an avid bowler, and golfer and a member of the Hole in One Club. Clement is survived by 3 sons: James (Barbara) Bell of Milwaukee, WI, Thomas (Kathy) Bell of Delafield, WI and John (Barbara) Bell of Appleton, WI; a daughter, Mary Kay (Stephen) White of Cedar Rapids, IA; 7 grandsons; 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and brothers and sisters. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov 26, 2003 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church with Fr. Mike Doro officiating. Friends may call on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at St. John Vianney Catholic Church. SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials are preferred to St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
