Biography

Francis was born in 1876, the son of William and Mary Ann (nee Little) Bell.^[1]

He married Elsie Bell Beer in 1911 in Victoria.^[2][3] Their children were:

• Alan Frank Bell (1912–1943)
• William Edgar Bell (1917–1989)^{[citation needed]}

He died in 1949.^[4]
